Challenge

Borusan Otomotiv was opening a new authorized service location for BMW, MINI, and Land Rover—one that needed to offer more than technical expertise.

The goal was to introduce a name and campaign that would resonate emotionally with car enthusiasts, reflecting not just service, but the shared passion between driver and machine. In a category defined by precision, the real challenge was to create warmth.

Goal

We began by developing a strong and memorable name: Etkili Servis—meaning "effective service" in Turkish, but also hinting at emotional impact.

From there, we crafted the launch campaign, including creative direction, local media strategy, and a radio jingle that captured the sound and soul of automotive desire. The voiceover delivered the message like a love letter to driving: “Only you should touch it. And the one who shares your passion.”

Result

The name and jingle gave the brand a distinct identity, emotionally resonating with the target audience from day one.

Alongside the launch campaign and radio presence, a tailored website was designed to extend the brand’s clarity and warmth into the digital realm—creating a seamless experience from first impression to first appointment.
