Opening the Doors to What Comes Next—An Immersive Brand Experience for GSK 2024

Challenge

In our ongoing partnership with GSK, the annual meeting has become a moment where we come together to create something remarkable—year after year. For the 2024 edition, expectations were set higher.

The event needed to reflect a company that had completed a major phase of transformation, and now stood at the threshold of what comes next. It wasn’t just about sharing information—it was about setting the tone for the entire year, and inviting every GSK employee to step into the future with confidence.

With over 500 employees in attendance, the challenge was to design an experience that could deliver a strong emotional impact, articulate the year’s strategy clearly, and inspire collective momentum.

Goal

We began by crafting a unifying concept and message platform that could seamlessly flow through every part of the 4-day gathering. From the keynote visuals and concept film to spatial design, stage content, and daily message reinforcement, everything was designed to build clarity, energy, and forward motion.

As with previous years, the opening gala show pushed creative boundaries. A 300m² LED stage setup, carefully choreographed visuals, interactive lighting, and an immersive show format brought the stage to life. Across the four days, award ceremonies, team reflections, vision statements, and select employee presentations sustained the rhythm and purpose of the event. Every moment was designed to feel connected.

Result

The event not only delivered on energy—it reshaped how teams engaged with strategy.

Key messages became shared language. Visuals became memory. Employees didn’t just attend; they participated, they performed, they connected. And at the end, when the final concert brought the house down, we knew: we hadn’t just produced an event. We had opened a door to what’s next.
